 All Street Vendors, registered to operate during the Carnival Season, are invited to a meeting with representatives of the Street Activities Sub Committee on Monday 21 st December, 5.00 pm at the Gazebo at the back of the Pelican Mall.   It is very important for all Vendors to attend as spots will be allocated at this meeting .

Carnival Warm Up Jam
 The General Public is invited to participate in another National Carnival Warm Up Jam with the HiYa Hyhtz Band on Saturday 19 th December 2009 starting at 5.00 pm. The Jam will start at the Fisheries Complex on the Bay Road and travel along Newtown Bay Road to the Old Treasury Building

As we approach the season of Christmas when we celebrate the birth of Christ, it is a wonderful tradition to re-tell this story in Carols, Dance and Music. The spirit of Christmas is a joyful way to experience the warmth and love of family and friends in an atmosphere of ‘glad tidings’ and with the impact of ‘the cheer factor’ as our many talents are expressed on stage.

‘In the Spirit of Christmas’ initiated in 1995 and presented in the Circus, downtown, Basseterre, began as a collaboration of the Ministry of Information, Sports and Culture and the St Kitts Boys Brigade Company with involvement from a wide cross section of the Public and Private Sectors. read more
