On a bright Tuesday morning in 1988, a beautiful baby girl was born to Patricia Warner and Owen Francis. Today at twenty years of age, Sherika Warner of Sprott Street has blossomed into a charming, warm and confident young lady, serving as an inspiration to all around her. She also possesses great leadership abilities and always seems willing to take on the many responsibilities of which she is charged. Being the eldest of six siblings, she assumes this role quite comfortably.
She is a proud alumnus of the Washington Archibald High School where she was able to balance the academics with her extracurricular exploits, particularly Dance, Drama, Music and Cheerleading. She even found time to enroll in the Nature Lovers’ Club. While pursuing her secondary education, she became interested in pageantry which she credits for demonstrating to one and all that she is indeed courageous, talented and beautifully poised, traits that featured prominently during the two pageants in which she competed and actually won. Sherika believes that the experience gained will assist her greatly as she vies for what she considers to be the ultimate pageant – The National Carnival Queen Pageant.
Upon completion of high school, she first began working as a sales representative which she found incredibly rewarding through her frequent interaction with locals and tourists alike.
